Financial Analyst (Entry-Level)

Our growing client is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Financial Analyst to join their finance team. This entry-level role is ideal for a finance or accounting graduate or early-career professional eager to build a strong foundation in financial analysis within a high-performance, PE-backed environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
• Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly reporting for senior leadership
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate business performance and strategic initiatives
• Participate in ad hoc analysis and special projects as directed by senior finance leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Strong proficiency in Excel; familiarity with financial modeling and data visualization tools a plus
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• High attention to detail and a proactive mindset
• Internship or work experience in finance, consulting, or investment banking preferred but not required
