The Role

We are hiring a Financial Analyst I to support the development and daily operation of our client’s finance and business operations team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is excited to learn how a high-growth technology company operates from the inside and who thrives in fast-moving, evolving environments. You will play a meaningful role in ensuring financial processes run smoothly while helping build foundational systems that will scale with the company. This role offers significant exposure to leadership, ownership of meaningful operational work, and a clear path to growth.

What You’ll Do

• Support compensation planning, commissions, and payroll-related workflows
• Assist with invoicing, billing, and revenue operations processes
• Reconcile data across internal systems to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Help improve documentation, reporting, and operational workflows
• Partner cross-functionally with operations, sales, and leadership teams
• Support ad-hoc financial and operational projects as the company grows
• Contribute to building scalable finance and reporting processes
