We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our growing Finance team! Reporting directly to the VP of Finance, this role offers the opportunity to collaborate across the organization and make a meaningful impact on key business decisions.

What You’ll Do
- Own and manage the company-wide forecast in partnership with cross-functional leaders
- Perform monthly variance analysis (actuals vs. budget and prior periods)
- Report financial results to internal and external stakeholders to enhance visibility
- Support sales with deal and profitability analysis to drive high-quality revenue
- Implement and track standard SaaS KPIs against industry benchmarks
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis to support business needs
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- 0–2 years of experience in corporate finance (software/SaaS experience a plus)
- Strong understanding of financial principles and reporting
- Advanced Excel skills
