Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial analysis and reporting on timeshare sales performance, including metrics such as net tour flow, tour-to-sale conversion rates, volume per guest (VPG), and sales velocity.
- Analyze marketing campaign ROI, cost-per-tour, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and campaign effectiveness to guide budget allocation and strategy.
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models to forecast sales outcomes, evaluate promotional offers, and simulate pricing strategies.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to provide data-driven insights that optimize tour scheduling, lead generation, and conversion processes.
- Provide monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports on sales and marketing KPIs for senior management and private equity partners.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting process for sales and marketing departments, ensuring alignment with corporate financial goals.
- Identify trends and opportunities to improve sales productivity, customer segmentation, and campaign targeting.
- Collaborate with IT and data teams to improve sales and marketing data infrastructure, reporting automation, and dashboard development.
- Assist in financial due diligence and analysis related to sales and marketing initiatives in new resort acquisitions or expansions.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and support audit processes relevant to sales and marketing financial data.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Marketing Analytics, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
- 5–8 years of financial analysis experience, with a strong focus on sales and marketing analytics.
- Proven experience working with private equity-backed companies or in highly data-driven environments.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modeling and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Strong understanding of sales funnel metrics, marketing KPIs, and revenue recognition.
- Familiarity with the timeshare, vacation ownership, or hospitality industries preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex data into actionable business insights.
