The Corporate FP&A Team focuses on consolidated reporting for the business, enabling senior leadership and the broader Finance organization to understand Resmed’s performance and outlook. We are in a unique position providing a high-level view of the business while also understanding the story behind the numbers. Let's Talk About The Role

While part of the Corporate FP&A team, this role will also provide dedicated support to the Product FP&A team. You will be instrumental in providing routine analysis and uncovering actionable insights that will inform Resmed’s strategy.

Key Responsibilities:


Financial Planning & Analysis:

• Deliver reports and insights tailored to the needs of Corporate leaders (e.g., Strategy and Investor Relations) and Global Product leaders (e.g., Product Management)
• Collaborate with the Corporate Accounting team to ensure data accuracy and solve problems effectively when discrepancies arise
• Connect short- and long-range forecasts while uncovering relationships between Revenue, Product, Marketing, and other support functions that influence performance
• Design and deliver management reports that provide dynamic, intuitive views into performance, enabling rapid insights for decision-makers
• Serve as the subject matter expert for corporate processes and reports, understanding the rationale behind management adjustments and top-down forecast adjustments
  

Business Partnership:

• Act as a trusted business partner and connector across the organization
• Provide insights that drive decision-making and outcomes, understanding key business levers and navigating channel conflicts
  

Systems & Process Improvement:

• Collaborate with systems and data teams to enhance financial planning, reconciliation, and reporting tools for greater efficiency and alignment with business needs
• Partner with the Analytics Center of Excellence to curate and maintain datasets that are primed for scalable advanced analytics and applied ML/AI

• Effective at time management and an ability to balance competing priorities with strong organizational and task management skills
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with a global workforce and partner cross functionally with all levels of the organization
• Innovative, dynamic, and influential, with high attention to detail and the ability to foster trust across business functions
• Storytelling capabilities that articulate complex ideas and topics into concise and understandable narratives
• Experience in data gathering from cloud systems, SQL, BI tools, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• 2 years’ experience in related FP&A, Economics, Business Intelligence, or similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Science, Economics or a related field
• Experience with financial systems such as Anaplan and Atoti / AnaplanXL a plus

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.

Subject to the absolute discretion of the company, this role may be eligible for an annual cash bonus payment based on company, business unit, and/or individual performance.

At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is:

$64,000.00 -$103,000.00 USD Annual
