Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM | Minimal travel to Griffin location
What you’ll do:
• Own annual budgeting, 5-year projections & rolling forecasts
• Deliver impactful monthly reports & insights for leadership
• Forecast risks, scenarios & opportunities with deep financial modeling
• Optimize ERP processes and reporting tools (Excel & Power BI)
• Partner with department leaders to analyze business performance
• Provide sharp, custom ad-hoc financial analysis
What you bring:
• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
• 2+ years in FP&A or related finance roles
• Expert-level Excel skills (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, modeling)
• ERP experience & Power BI familiarity (training provided)
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and independence
• Bonus: manufacturing experience
