Financial Reporting Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Financial Reporting Analyst to join the Financial Reporting team. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in Big 4 public accounting or the tech industry, who bring strong experience in audit, financial reporting, and tie-out reviews. You’ll play a key role in supporting financial reporting and driving process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and support financial reporting, including preparation and review of income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and footnote disclosures, and ensure they are presented in accordance with GAAP guidelines.
• Perform tie-out reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support completion and review of earnings materials and Form 10-Qs and 10-Ks.
• Leverage tools such as Workiva and NetSuite.
• Support external audit processes and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Maintain a high level of data integrity and accuracy in all financial outputs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Background in Big 4 public accounting or technology sector preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets; experience building automated reports.
• Experience with Schwab, NetSuite, or similar systems is a plus.
• Experience prioritizing and managing time, working under strict deadlines, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
