Job Description

The Growth Marketing Analyst is responsible for enabling data-driven decision-making across growth initiatives. This role focuses on structuring, analyzing, and interpreting marketing performance data to uncover insights that improve efficiency and scale. The BA partners closely with marketing managers, finance, and product teams to build reporting frameworks, evaluate campaign ROI, and support forecasting and strategic planning.

Job Requirements

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proven ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience running and analysing experiments end to end
  • Expertise in SQL for querying large datasets and validating marketing and financial performance metrics
  • Passion for growth marketing and startups
  • Knowledge of attribution models and campaign measurement frameworks
  • Nice to have: experience with AI/ML-powered tools for forecasting, anomaly detection, automating reporting or operating marketing campaigns
  • Minimum 2–4 years in a business analyst or data analyst role
  • Hands-on experience refreshing and building dashboards
  • Vast experience doing analysis
  • Track record of partnering with marketing teams to evaluate campaign efficiency and recommend optimizations
  • Experience in mobile-first, fintech, or subscription-based businesses is a plus
  • Comfort working with cross-functional stakeholders (finance, marketing, product, engineering)

Job Responsibilities

  • Own the reporting and analysis of paid marketing performance across channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
  • Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, clean, and validate campaign and product performance data
  • Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to track KPIs such as CAC, LTV, ROI, and Payback period
  • Partner with performance marketers to evaluate experiment results and recommend next steps
  • Collaborate with finance and strategy teams to support spend forecasts, scenario modeling, and efficiency analyses
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate reporting, trend identification, and predictive analysis
  • Present findings and insights to marketing leadership in a clear, actionable way
  • Support automation of recurring reports and ensure data integrity across all marketing datasets
