Role Description:

We are looking for a results-obsessed Growth Marketing Analyst with a passion for and deep expertise in paid media, conversion optimization, and growth marketing as a whole. You’ll lead paid performance campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging platforms, focused on scaling client accounts and lowering acquisition costs. You think in funnels, love what you do, value being a part of a team with a growth mindset and want to be an intrapreneur amongst a fast-growing company.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on art, numbers, and performance, but also understands creative testing and audience psychology.

Please note this role is full-time in person. When the culture is right, being in person is not a negative but a motivating factor.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other paid channels.
  • Build campaign roadmaps with timelines and clear performance KPIs.
  • Architect and execute performance sales/marketing funnels from strategy, offer, creative, paid ads, landing page design and build, conversion optimization, and CRM/retention.
  • Own full-funnel paid performance: audience strategy, creative briefing, campaign execution, and weekly reporting.
  • Collaborate with our creative team to ideate and test ad formats, hooks, offers, and creative variations.
  • Use first-party and third-party tools (e.g., GA4) to analyze performance and attribution.
  • Develop clear, actionable insights to scale client performance month over month.
  • Stay ahead of platform changes, algorithm shifts, and industry trends in paid media and growth marketing.
  • Communicate results, learnings, and next steps directly to clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

Must Haves

  • Value speed, agility, test, then iterate mindset
  • Strong experience using AI tools and a ‘figure it out’ approach to problem solving
  • Experience in and ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving team, working across multiple clients and learning new technology as it comes out in real time to implement into business cases
  • Minimum of 3 years in paid media or performance marketing roles
  • You do not just like what you do; you are obsessed with it

Nice to Have

  • Strong understanding of attribution, tracking, and pixel implementation
  • Experience with UGC/ad creative testing frameworks and CRO principles
  • Comfortable in Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and at least one analytics/reporting tool (e.g., Looker, Data Studio)
  • Ability to build and present performance reports with confidence and clarity. Bonus if you’ve worked in DTC, SaaS, or lead-gen environments
  • Ability to operate with autonomy while contributing to a team
