HRIS Analyst

I’m excited to share that we’re hiring an HRIS Analyst I at Alera Group — a great entry-level opportunity for someone who’s curious about HR technology and wants to build a strong foundation in HR operations and systems.

This role is hands-on and impactful. You’ll support new hire and acquisition onboarding, help keep our HR systems running smoothly, and partner closely with HR, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition teams across the business. You don’t need to be an expert on day one — curiosity, organization, and strong follow-through matter most here.

While the role is primarily remote, the team is based in the Deerfield, IL area, and we value in-person connection. There will be times you’ll come into the office to work alongside the team, collaborate, and build relationships — the best of both flexibility and face time.
