The Institutional Marketing Department is looking for an Institutional Marketing Analyst who will be responsible primarily for preparing and maintaining client reporting, Requests for Proposals/Information (RFPs/RFIs), Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), and for tracking, routing and responding to other data and information requests from clients, prospects and internal VanEck partners.
The position requires meeting aggressive deadlines, performing at high levels of accuracy and working closely with Sales, Product and Portfolio Management, Legal, Portfolio Administration, Compliance, Legal and other departments.

If this position will be performed in whole or in part in New York City, the base salary range is $75,000 to $105,000. Individual salaries may vary based on different factors including but not limited to, skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with this position.
