Intelligence Analyst – Senior (Honest Broker) | UMMC

Are you a data expert who turns complex healthcare information into decisions that matter? We're looking for a Senior Intelligence Analyst – Honest Broker to lead analytics strategy, champion data governance, and mentor the next generation of analysts.

📊 What you'll do:
• Own and manage the Honest Broker process — ensuring compliant, secure, and efficient data access and release
• Design and optimize dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Epic, Qlik, and related platforms
• Partner with clinical, business, and IT leaders to define reporting needs and align analytics with organizational goals
• Lead complex data projects from scope to delivery
• Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in data governance and quality
• Represent the Honest Broker function on institutional committees and workgroups

✅ What we're looking for:
• Several years of Epic SQL report writing experience
• Deep knowledge of healthcare regulations, HIPAA, and data release practices
• Proven experience coaching and training others
• Strong skills in relational databases, data visualization, and systems integration
• Critical thinking, root cause analysis, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across diverse teams
