💵 Rate: $55/hr on C2C
We’re seeking an experienced Sr. Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with a strong background in Data Warehousing, ETL, and SQL—preferably in the Healthcare domain.
🔹 Key Skills & Experience:
10+ years as a Business/Systems Analyst with technical expertise.
5+ years in Data Warehouse, SQL, and Data Profiling.
Experience preparing Mapping Documents for Dev & QA teams.
Strong in UAT, Source-to-Target Mapping, Gap Analysis, and Functional Specs.
Excellent understanding of RDBMS and data modeling concepts.
Proven ability to perform Data Profiling and identify data quality issues.
Hands-on experience in Healthcare Data projects (Claims, Member, or Provider data).
Great communication and analytical skills.
