Manufacturing & Project Analyst

We're Hiring: Manufacturing & Project Analyst | On-site Location: Baton Rouge, LA. No relocation included. No visa sponsorship included. We're looking for a Manufacturing & Project Analyst to play a key role in supporting manufacturing excellence, plant projects, and continuous improvement initiatives within a complex manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Collect, analyze, and interpret manufacturing data to identify opportunities and lead system and process improvements. Support execution of multiple manufacturing and plant projects while leading smaller CI, capital, and transformation initiatives. Develop and maintain key reports. KPIs, project timelines, risk registers, and action trackers. Coordinate and support Management of Change (MoC) processes, HAZOP/HAZID participation. Support plant CI and transformation initiatives, monitoring budgets, schedules, and project documentation. Ensure assets, equipment, and systems operate at optimal performance using data-based insights. What We're Looking For: Minimum 2 years' experience in manufacturing and/or supply chain. Strong understanding of manufacturing principles, process safety, risk assessment, and project management. Experience supporting projects from ideation through commissioning and handover.
