We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Analyst to join our Direct Mail marketing team. The Marketing Analyst will play a key role in optimizing and analyzing direct-to-consumer mail campaigns across multiple brands and product lines. This individual will be responsible for managing targeting data, analyzing performance, developing forecasting models, tracking and reporting, and identifying opportunities to optimize the effectiveness of mail campaigns. If you have a strong analytical background, experience in managing paid media channels, and an endless passion for data, this could be a perfect opportunity for you!

Compensation And Benefits
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation.
Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $75,000 to $85,000 USD per year.
This role is also eligible to participate in the annual bonus program.
