Marketing Data Analyst (Hybrid | Chicago, IL)

We’re partnering with a global leader seeking a Marketing & Loyalty Data Analyst to join their dynamic Digital Marketing Operations team.

In this hybrid role (3 days onsite, generally Tue–Thu), you’ll work with cross-functional partners to deliver actionable insights, streamline campaign operations, and enhance marketing performance through data-driven solutions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Analyze and interpret marketing data to uncover patterns and trends.
  • Build automated dashboards, reports, and visualizations for stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage audience data and segmentation in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
  • Optimize workflows, pipelines, and processes to improve campaign execution efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing or business analytics.
  • Proficiency in SQL, PySpark, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Redshift and Databricks.
  • Strong communication and analytical problem-solving skills.
