As a marketing process analyst on our Customer Relations Management team, you’ll support a variety of customer-focused analytical projects for our marketing strategy and market research teams. Executing data pulls on disparate and complex data sets, you’ll also apply advanced analytics to generate reporting that supports insight hypotheses for campaigns. You’ll also oversee the insight development process for teams, including data collection, cataloging and reporting.

Must-have Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of one year of analytical work experience
- Instead of a quantitative degree, a bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of three years of analytical work experience
- Instead of a degree, a minimum of four years of analytical work experience
- In lieu of the above, successful completion of Progressive's Analyst Boot Camp and Progressive's Internal Analyst Trainee program and a minimum one-year analytical work experience
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with A/B testing or other statistical analysis
- Intermediate computer skills including MS Office with demonstrated skills in Excel including the ability to create, manipulate and formulate spreadsheets
- Intermediate knowledge of additional reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, R, or Python)
- Proficient SQL skills including the ability to create complex queries and optimize performance
- Familiarity with business processes and systems along with good communication and muli-tasking skills.
Compensation
- $65,500 - $87,300/year based on position level
- Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 24% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
