What You'll Do: Work with passionate, high-performing teams to deliver cutting-edge features across client's mobile app and desktop platforms. You'll drive continuous innovation through iterative delivery, identifying and defining requirements just-in-time to keep pace with our fast-moving Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements & Backlog Management • Create scope, high-level requirements, and detailed user stories for development and QA teams • Manage story backlog to ensure sprint readiness and iterative value delivery

Agile Facilitation & Collaboration • Facilitate agile rituals including inception, iteration kickoff, story sessions, and estimation • Collaborate with UX analysts to ensure prototypes align with story intent • Partner with Dev and QA teams to define story boundaries and technical feasibility

Strategic Analysis & Communication • Analyze data to align features with product goals and maximize business value • Contribute to strategy and scope definition by understanding business stakeholder objectives • Update leadership and key partners through regular presentations

Continuous Improvement • Identify opportunities for improvement across product, process, and team performance • Create clear, concise, and actionable acceptance criteria

 

Qualifications:

Experience • 3-4 years in Ecommerce

• 1-2 years in Agile/Scrum environments

Education • Undergraduate degree preferred

Skills & Abilities • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication across multiple interactions • Excellent problem-solving, listening, written/verbal communication, and decision-making skills • Working knowledge of agile concepts (user stories, sprints, acceptance criteria)
