GE Appliances, a Haier company is seeking a Principal Business Systems Analyst to serve as a critical technical liaison between our customers and internal systems architecture teams. This role ensures seamless electronic order-to-invoice processes across our enterprise—evaluating customer requests, translating them into scalable solutions, and shaping the future of how our systems connect.

What You’ll Do
Partner with project leads to assess customer requirements from both business and systems perspectives.
Analyze requests to determine whether current ERP (Oracle) capabilities can support them—or if new scalable solutions are needed.
Map and optimize data flows across order management, pricing, fulfillment, distribution, labeling, and invoicing.
Act as a systems problem solver and subject matter expert across multiple business units.
Lead system enhancements and integration updates within Oracle ERP and connected applications.
Drive training and change management initiatives to ensure smooth implementations.
