Do you have a talent for data analysis, program evaluation, and making sense of complex systems? The VA's Integrated Veterans Care program has 2 openings for a Program Analyst to support the administration of Veterans Care Agreements (VCAs) — the VA's mechanism for purchasing health care from private-sector providers on behalf of our Veterans.
📍 Locations: Lakewood, CO | Location Negotiable After Selection
💰 Salary: $89,508 – $145,468/year

✅ Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses of VCA program operations
• Develop performance metrics and trend analyses to guide strategic decisions
• Prepare comprehensive reports, briefings, and technical documentation
• Collaborate with contractors to define VCA system enhancements
• Serve as a communication bridge between VA medical centers, regional networks, and the Program Office
📋 Qualifications: One year of specialized experience at the GS-11 level, including program analysis, stakeholder coordination, report preparation, and applying regulations and policies.
