Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales & Marketing Data Analyst, located in Fernandina Beach, FL. The Data Analyst bridges sales, marketing and operational data analysis, focusing on metrics, reporting, and actionable insights to improve data-driven decision-making and company performance. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing with a dotted line to the Data & Information Technology Manager.
Qualifications:
Analytical Skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for interpreting data and identifying actionable insights.
Data Analysis Tools - Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI, is highly desirable.
Statistical Knowledge - Understanding of statistical methods and data analysis techniques is crucial for drawing accurate conclusions from data.
Communication Skills - Ability to communicate data insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences is essential.
CRM / Business Management Tools Experience - Experience with CRM and Business Management systems such as Service Autopilot or other similar is a plus.
Sales, Marketing & Operational Knowledge - Familiarity with landscape services sales, marketing and operational principles and practices is helpful for applying data insights in a business context.
