About the Role
As the Sales Operations Analyst for North America, you will play a critical role in supporting sales performance optimization across the region while contributing to global sales operations initiatives.
Reporting to the Director, Sales Operations, Markets & Commissions, you will deliver data-driven insights, manage core reporting tools, and collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and strategic alignment across sales processes and systems.

Key Accountabilities
Sales Analysis & Reporting
-
Collect, analyze, and interpret sales performance data to provide actionable insights to sales leadership

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports tracking pipeline health, revenue performance, and conversion rates
-
Support preparation of business reviews and sales performance presentations
-
Apply predictive analysis techniques to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in pipeline and sales performance data
Sales Process & System Support

Maintain and enhance sales data quality and accuracy within Salesforce and related systems
-
Partner with Sales Enablement and CRM teams to identify and implement process improvements
-
Utilize Power Automate and other Power Platform tools to streamline workflows and reduce manual tasks
Territories & Quotas

Collaborate with North America sales leadership to develop accurate sales quotas and territory plans
-
Work closely with Finance and Operations teams to align sales quotas with market budget targets
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure accurate data flow and alignment on key metrics

Support coordination of cross-regional and global projects, sharing insights and best practices from the North America market

Participate in global initiatives, driving continuous improvement at a global scale
Tools & Technology

Maintain expert-level Excel and Power BI reporting capabilities

Leverage Power Automate and other tools to enhance process automation
-
Support Salesforce data governance and alignment with global CRM processes
Qualifications & Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field

Proven experience in Sales Operations, Business Analysis, or a similar data-driven role

Advanced analytical and Excel skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and generate insights

Experience with Salesforce and Power BI required

Familiarity with Power Automate and Microsoft Power Platform strongly preferred
-
Exposure to predictive or trend analysis (e.g., pipeline forecasting) is a plus
-
Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly
-
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines

Compensation Range:
$57,000 – $75,000 per year, plus bonus
(Placement within this range is based on geographic location, experience, and other compensatory factors.)
