Salesforce Health cloud Business Analyst
Location: Remote

Employment Type: Hourly W2( No C2C or 1099)
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison between business users and the Salesforce development team to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Salesforce Health Cloud migration.
- Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Facilitate business workshop sessions and stakeholder interviews to understand pain points and define future-state workflows.
- Drive migration of Health Cloud features and functionalities such as care plans, patient timelines, health assessments, and provider-patient relationships.
- Configure and optimize Salesforce Health Cloud features such as:
- Care Plans, Care Teams, and Assessments
- Patient Timeline and Health Goals
- Provider and patient relationship modeling
- Partner with compliance and legal teams to ensure HIPAA and healthcare regulatory standards are met in all solutions.
- Collaborate with Salesforce Admins, Developers, and QA to validate and test system functionality.
- Support change management efforts by creating training documentation and conducting user training sessions.
- Monitor data quality and assist in defining data governance practices.
- Work with integration teams to ensure proper data flow between Health Cloud and EHR/EMR systems (e.g., HL7, FHIR standards).
- Stay current on Salesforce Health Cloud releases and recommend new features for adoption.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business processes, gather requirements, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Document detailed business requirements, functional requirements, and user stories.
- Facilitate workshops to analyze gaps and recommend Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs.
- Assist in testing solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and provide necessary support during the UAT process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst working with Salesforce, with at least 3 to 4 years focused on Salesforce Health Cloud.
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry workflows, terminology, regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience with requirements elicitation, documentation, and user story creation in Agile environments.
- Familiarity with healthcare use cases such as patient onboarding, care coordination, and referral management.
- Salesforce Administrator and Health Cloud Consultant certification.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, and Salesforce Flows.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud features such as:
- Patient and provider data models
- Care programs and tasks
- Clinical data model integration
- Social Determinants of Health (SDOH)
