This is a high-impact consulting opportunity within a fast-paced retail and e-commerce environment where analytics directly influence customer experience, promotional strategy, and business growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Translate complex analytics into clear, concise business recommendations
  • Create impactful data visualizations, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders at all levels

Dashboard Development & Data Visualization

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize Tableau dashboards related to payments performance and promotional tracking
  • Blend data from multiple sources to answer multi-dimensional business questions
  • Ensure reporting accuracy, usability, and scalability across analytics tools and dashboards

Promotional & Forecast Analysis

  • Run forecasting and post-analysis for payments-related promotions and campaigns
  • Conduct post-promo performance evaluations to measure effectiveness and ROI
  • Identify opportunities to optimize promotional strategies and improve customer engagement

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Data Integrity

  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Finance, Payments, Marketing, Product, and IT
  • Collaborate with PDM and IT teams to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy
  • Help explain drivers of business performance and influence strategic planning initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
  • 4–7 years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, or similar analytical roles
  • Experience within retail, e-commerce, payments, loyalty, or consumer-focused industries strongly preferred
  • Advanced SQL programming skills with experience working across large, complex datasets
  • Strong experience with Tableau, Domo, or similar BI/data visualization tools
  • Experience leveraging big data technologies such as Azure or Hadoop preferred
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong understanding of business performance metrics and KPI reporting
  • Proven ability to synthesize data into actionable business insights and executive-ready storytelling
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

Why This Role Stands Out
