Are you a seasoned Business Analyst with a passion for driving innovation and leveraging Generative AI to shape enterprise solutions? We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team on a long-term hybrid engagement in Toronto.
📍 Location: Toronto, ON
🧭 Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)
➡️ From Oct 20, 2025: 4 days onsite / 1 day remote
➡️ From Jan 5, 2026: Fully onsite (5 days per week)
🔍 About the Role
As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll work closely with business and technology stakeholders to analyze requirements, develop strategies, and design enterprise-level solutions. You’ll play a key role in translating business needs into actionable technology roadmaps while ensuring compliance with security, privacy, and accessibility standards.
💡 What You’ll Do
Lead and conduct business analysis for complex I&IT initiatives
Develop detailed requirements, process models, and architecture documentation
Create Wireframes, Use Cases, and User Stories to guide development teams
Prepare business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and feasibility studies
Collaborate with architecture and project teams on Logical & Physical Architecture artifacts
Apply Agile and DevOps principles to enhance delivery efficiency
Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture frameworks and governance processes
✅ Must-Have Skills
10+ years of Business Analysis experience
Hands-on knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI applications
Experience with Checkpoints, TRA, PIA, Component Architecture, and Design Patterns
Strong background in Logical and Physical Architecture documentation
Expertise in security, privacy, and accessibility standards (AODA, WCAG 2.0)
Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., Zachman)
Proven ability to create detailed Sequence Diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams, and Deployment Models
