We are partnering with a highly respected healthcare organization to identify a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join their growing team. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex data challenges, and wants to play a key role in improving operational reporting and analytics across healthcare programs.
This team is experiencing significant growth and urgent project demands, so they are looking to move quickly with interviews and hiring.

🔹 What You’ll Be Doing:
• Building and supporting reporting, analytics, and automation solutions
• Developing and maintaining SQL scripts and SSIS processes
• Supporting operational effectiveness initiatives across healthcare programs
• Improving reporting accuracy, data insights, and workflow efficiencies
• Assisting with compliance reporting tied to CMS and healthcare oversight agencies

🔹 What They’re Looking For:
✔ 7+ years of experience in healthcare analytics or business intelligence
✔ Strong SQL scripting and SSIS experience
✔ Experience with reporting and automation initiatives
✔ Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI/reporting tools
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment

🏢 Schedule:
Hybrid schedule currently requires on-site presence 3 days/week.
