This role is part of the firm’s National Employee Enhancement Operations (NEEO) team, which aligns people processes and programs to deliver a consistent, high-quality employee experience. It partners across teams to drive initiatives with strong coordination and execution.
Reporting to the Lead Relationships Associate Director, this role owns the data infrastructure, reporting, and analytical processes that power one of the firm’s largest internal programs, supporting the program’s incentive and review
processes to ensure accuracy, transparency, and alignment across the Firm.
