SoFi is now looking for a Senior Finance Systems #Analyst to join their Finance Transformation, BI & Systems team—someone who thrives at the intersection of finance, data, and technology.

🧠 What You’ll Do:

- Architect & Build end-to-end data workflows (ETL, data models, databases, dashboards)
- Own and optimize IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) models, rules, hierarchies, and integrations
- Design scalable self-service dashboards in Tableau
- Partner with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Simplify complex datasets into clear, actionable insights
- Drive adoption of modern BI and finance systems across the organization

🔧 What You Bring:

- 5+ years in BI, data analytics, or finance systems
- Strong SQL and ETL development skills
- Financial modeling expertise (Excel) + data visualization (Tableau or similar)
- Ability to influence senior partners and lead initiatives end to end
High EQ, strong communication, and problem-solving mindset

⭐ Strongly Preferred:

- Python for automation & advanced analysis
- Experience with Workday Financials or enterprise ERP systems
- Background in banking or fintech
