About the job
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving strategic decision-making through data-driven analysis and financial insight. This position partners closely with business leaders and has high visibility to the CFO and executive team. You will operate in a corporate FP&A environment, supporting planning, forecasting, and performance optimization initiatives that directly impact the bottom line.
This is a high-impact, growth-oriented role designed for a finance professional who wants to expand scope, influence strategy, and grow into broader FP&A leadership over time.
Schedule: Monday-Friday (8am -5pm)
Pay: Salary $95,000-$100,000 Based on Experience
What You Will Be Doing
- Lead data-driven decision support within a corporate FP&A framework, developing forecasts and delivering insights that improve service line performance.
- Own budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes, ensuring financial results are clearly understood and actionable.
- Build and maintain forward-looking financial models that inform pricing, cost management, and growth strategies.
- Translate complex financial and operational data into concise, executive-ready recommendations.
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, accounting, and leadership to evaluate performance drivers, test hypotheses, and implement strategic initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve profitability, increase efficiency, and enhance financial visibility across the organization.
- Demonstrate ownership of deliverables and proactively drive improvements in processes, tools, and reporting.
- Contribute to a fast-paced, high-expectation finance team focused on continuous improvement and strategic execution.
What Are We Looking For?
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field preferred
- We are intentionally targeting a high-potential FP&A professional who is ready to take the next step in their career.
- 2–4 years of corporate FP&A experience, or treasury experience clearly tied to corporate planning and forecasting.
- Direct experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling in a corporate environment.

- Proven ability to partner with the business, influence stakeholders, and translate analysis into action.
- Self-starter comfortable operating with accountability and urgency in a fast-paced environment.
