Senior Financial Analyst
Location: Virginia (Hybrid)
Piper Maddox is partnered with a fast-growing renewable energy developer. This role is critical in supporting project financings and tax equity transactions. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams in a collaborative, supportive office culture.
We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their growing team during a busy financing season.
Responsibilities
- Support financing transactions (tax equity, debt, M&A)
- Manage diligence and coordinate with lenders, legal, and project teams
- Contribute to structuring and execution of renewable energy financings
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of finance experience (renewables or infrastructure)
- Solar project or tax equity experience, financial modeling
- Experience supporting transactions and due diligence
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
