THE COMPANY

NuStef Baking Ltd. is a Canadian food manufacturer known across North America for its unique line of specialty, artisan style cookies and crisps (“NuStef”). NuStef produces a unique Italian style waffle cookie branded Reko pizzelle and artisan crisps under its Kii Naturals and The Crisp Bakery brands. NuStef also produces private label products for some of the largest retailers in North America.

Products are baked fresh to order; cookies are sold primarily in the in-store bakery (“ISB”) department and our crisps are sold primarily in the deli department or specialty cracker section at most regional and national retailers. NuStef is based in Toronto, Canada and operates two manufacturing facilities.

For almost 40 years, we have perfected a multi-generational authentic recipe from Italy's Abruzzo region. Reko pizzelles are naturally flavored and baked in a peanut-free facility, resulting in crisp, delicate flavors that are addictively delicious!

Kii Naturals artisan crisps, combine authentic fresh ingredients, hand-crafted in small batches. Double-baked for a satisfying crunch, each artisan crisp holds a delightful burst of flavorful fruit, nuts or seeds. Kii Naturals artisan crisps have no preservatives, GMOs or trans fats, and are perfect for charcuterie boards, snacks, and sharing with friends.
