📍 Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite)
We're looking for an experienced Marketing Analytics Senior Manager/Engagement Manager to join a high-impact team driving growth for new banking and digital lending products. If you're passionate about turning data into strategic insight, collaborating with cross-functional leaders, and solving complex marketing analytics problems — we want to hear from you!
🔍 What You’ll Do:
• Partner with C-level executives and cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Risk, Engineering)
• Lead digital marketing analytics (Paid Search, SEO, Social, A/B testing, Funnel Conversion)
• Build and manage high-performing teams (3–6 consultants/analysts)
• Use tools like SQL, Tableau, GA, Heap, Optimizely, Python to drive insights
• Own client communications and project strategy from end to end
✅ What We’re Looking For:
• 6+ years in analytics consulting, marketing analytics, or digital banking
• Deep experience in data-driven marketing strategy in financial services
• Strong technical skills (SQL, Tableau, GA, etc.)
• Leadership, communication, and stakeholder management expertise
