We're looking for a data-driven leader to drive smarter, more impactful member acquisition across our portfolio. As Senior Manager of Marketing & Acquisition Analytics, you'll be the go-to strategic partner for our marketing and sales teams—designing measurement frameworks, optimizing campaigns, and managing a team of analysts to uncover the insights that fuel our growth.
In this role, you'll lead the strategy and execution of marketing attribution (MMM/MTA), acquisition funnel analytics, and campaign measurement across both digital and in-studio channels. You'll oversee A/B testing, pricing and channel performance, and work cross-functionally with product, tech, and marketing teams to turn insights into action. Additionally, you'll shape the data asset roadmap while leading and developing a team of analysts to support scalable, data-informed decision making.
