Senior Operations / Business Analyst

S+H Search is working on a Senior Operations / Business Analyst role in downtown Dallas (onsite M–F) that’s perfect for someone who loves connecting the dots between data, deals, and decisions.
This isn’t a “run a report and send it off” kind of job.
This is:
👉 Modeling comp tied to live deal pipelines
👉 Cleaning and making sense of messy, real-world data
👉 Building dashboards leaders actually use
👉 Partnering with FP&A + IT to make systems smarter
👉 Having visibility into what’s actually driving the business
The team has grown rapidly and intentionally held off hiring this role until they were ready for someone more well-rounded, technical, and curious—not just narrow and task-focused.
💡 Ideal for someone with 2–5 years in:
• FP&A / Financial Analytics
• Operations / Strategy
• Big 4 (ready to do more than audit in spreadsheets)
