🔹 Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Product Analyst to join our client Apple’s analytics and operations team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, technical, and product acumen — with the ability to transform data into actionable insights that drive measurable impact. This role combines data analytics, product experimentation, and AI-driven workflow optimization within a contact center and automation environment.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Leverage SQL (Snowflake preferred) and Tableau to analyze product performance, operational metrics, and automation efficiency.
• Design and evaluate A/B tests, perform causal inference, and measure business impact across multiple user journeys.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve LLM-driven automation systems, ensuring accuracy and scalability.
• Translate analytical findings into clear, data-driven narratives and present recommendations to product and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and operations teams to optimize CRM and contact center processes.
• Benchmark human vs. AI performance using statistical and ML-based evaluation methods.
🔹 Required Skills:
✅ SQL Expertise (Snowflake highly preferred)
✅ Data Visualization using Tableau or equivalent tools
✅ Knowledge of A/B testing, causal inference, and measurement frameworks
✅ Familiarity with CRM and contact-center tools (Salesforce, Genesys, etc.)
✅ Understanding of LLM-based automation and model accuracy metrics
✅ Strong communication and storytelling skills with technical and business audiences
✅ Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and analysis
