As a Senior Talent and Organizational Development Analyst, you will partner with leaders, HR teams, and key stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights that support talent management and workforce initiatives. Your goal will be to help stakeholders understand workforce trends, identify risks and opportunities, and make informed talent decisions. Your success will come from building strong organizational relationships, translating complex data into actionable insights, and advancing workforce analytics, reporting, and strategic talent initiatives across the organization.

Your Responsibilities
- Lead analysis of workforce data and HR metrics (turnover, retention, mobility, recruitment, succession, and workforce planning) to identify trends and insights
- Develop and deliver enterprise HR reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and analytics to support decision-making
- Partner with HR leaders and business stakeholders to understand workforce needs and provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Translate complex workforce data into clear, executive-level insights, presentations, and recommendations
- Lead workforce analytics supporting workforce planning, succession, performance management, engagement, and leadership development
- Design and implement reporting solutions, dashboards, and data visualization tools to improve access to insights
- Act as a subject matter expert on HR analytics, reporting methodologies, and workforce trends, proactively identifying opportunities to improve business performance
- Partner with HR technology teams to enhance systems, optimize reporting, and ensure strong data governance and quality standards
- Lead complex data requests, ad hoc analysis, and ensure compliance with reporting, privacy, and legislative requirements
Your Skills

Your Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Analytics, Statistics, or a related discipline
- 7+ years of experience in HR analytics, workforce planning, people analytics, HRIS, or a related field, with advanced expertise in large datasets, reporting models, and analytics tools
- Proven experience influencing senior leaders with data-driven insights, alongside strong knowledge of talent practices (e.g., workforce planning, succession, performance management) and HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM)
