📍 Location: Toronto, Canada (Hybrid – 4 days/week onsite)

We’re looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst with strong data analysis expertise and hands-on experience in trading lifecycle and collateral management. This role bridges business and technology, ensuring seamless delivery of initiatives in an Agile environment while also serving as Scrum Master.

Key Responsibilities:
Gather and document business and functional requirements across trading, risk, and collateral teams.
Conduct in-depth data analysis to validate requirements and support product decisions.
Evaluate and enhance collateral management workflows for efficiency and compliance.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
Act as a key liaison between business, product, and technology teams.

Must-Have Skills:
✅ Experience as a Business Analyst in Capital Markets
✅ Strong Data Analysis and SQL/querying skills
✅ Knowledge of Collateral Management and Trade Lifecycle
✅ Hands-on Agile/Scrum experience (CSM/PSM preferred)
✅ Excellent stakeholder management & documentation skills
