We’re seeking an experienced Sr. Business Analyst with strong hands-on expertise in PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 (Accounts Receivable & Billing modules). The ideal candidate will have proven experience in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, system documentation, and end-to-end system testing with third-party integrations.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Analyze business objectives, user requirements, and procedures to improve or automate processes.
✅ Conduct fit-gap analysis and define data mapping between legacy and third-party systems.
✅ Write detailed functional documentation and support system design and testing activities.
✅ Perform hands-on testing, support training efforts, and collaborate across remote teams.

Must Have Skills:
🔹 8+ years as a Business Analyst with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2
🔹 8+ years in AR & Billing module implementations
🔹 8+ years conducting requirement gathering & fit-gap analysis
🔹 8+ years performing end-to-end system integration testing
🔹 Experience with Microsoft O365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) & MS Teams

Preferred:
✨ Public sector (Federal/State/Local) experience
✨ Knowledge of General Ledger, PeopleSoft AWE, SharePoint, Jira, and Scrum
✨ Experience with Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials
