Job Summary

The Senior Financial Analyst is a subject matter expert for reporting and analysis for the Finance department. This role works closely with executive leadership, business leaders, department managers, and other internal stakeholders to ensure successful financial planning that drives business decisions and financial results, with an emphasis on the direct-to-consumer (DTC) channels.

This role is based in Portland, OR, and requires a regular presence at our global headquarters (minimum three days per week)

Essential Functions

  • Works with department leadership to plan, execute, and analyze the global forecasting process for DTC and International Distributors, including long-range plan, budget, forecasts, guidance, and monthly reporting.
  • Reviews and communicates actual financial results and variances to assist with planning and forecasting for global DTC and marketplaces.
  • Interface with finance and business partners across the company to articulate and monitor corporate deliverables.
  • Drives and implements continuous improvement efforts for global DTC and International Distributors' financial reporting.
  • Creates insightful and accurate reporting tools, processes, and ad hoc analyses with a focus on straightforward storytelling and action-oriented input.
  • Generates materials for senior and executive leadership and communicates findings that help drive business decisions.
  • Researches and answers questions and recommends solutions to problems.
  • Conducts ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • Five (5) or more years of related experience in an FP&A function

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

  • Documented experience with e-commerce and wholesale functions is preferred
  • Expert-level Excel skills
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication and analytical thinking skills
  • Working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, including financial statement design
  • Proficient in MS Office, including but not limited to Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint
  • SAP and enterprise database experience preferred, but not required
  • Detail-oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
  • Experience with business planning tools (Adaptive, Anaplan, TM1) and BI Tools (PowerBI, MicroStrategy, Looker, etc.)
  • Strong project management, planning, and organization skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Base Salary: $108,441 - $112,000 yearly

This range represents the low and high ends of this position's anticipated base salary range. The actual base salary will depend on numerous factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and location.
