Storage Services Analyst

iring an IT Operations / Storage Services Analyst to support enterprise Storage‑as‑a‑Service (StaaS) and Data Protection‑as‑a‑Service (DPaaS) initiatives within a large IT environment.

This role focuses on Jira tracking, Excel‑based reporting, budgeting/forecasting, PO tracking, and vendor coordination, while working closely with infrastructure, server, and data center teams.

Key details:

Location: Dearborn, MI (hybrid)

Employment: Contract (W2)

Pay: $30-40 an hour based on experience

Experience level: ~2–5 years in IT operations, analyst, or coordination roles

Background: IT Operations, Infrastructure, or Enterprise IT (no degree required)

You’ll support day‑to‑day work in Jira, build Excel reports for budgets and forecasts, track POs and service contracts, coordinate with vendors, and assist with planning and hardware lifecycle activities (rack & stack/unboxing days). Strong Excel and Jira skills are a must.
