Navacord is scaling rapidly and we’re looking for a Workforce Data Specialist to help build our national people data infrastructure from the ground up.
Role Overview:
Title: Workforce Data Specialist
Location: Toronto, ON
Reports to: Chief People Officer
Function: Navacord Corporate | People & Culture
What You’ll Do:
You’ll be the engine behind workforce insights at Navacord—collecting and analyzing data across our decentralized broker partners to shape talent, productivity, and organizational decisions.
Partner across 100+ offices to gather and standardize workforce data
Build executive dashboards and reporting templates
Track critical KPIs—headcount, turnover, compliance, DEI, advisor and shareholder growth statistics, and more
Translate trends into insights to support leadership and integration planning
Shape future HRIS design by informing system needs from the ground
What You Bring:
5–8 years in workforce or business analytics
Excel + Power BI / Tableau skills
Experience working in decentralized, data-light environments
A collaborative mindset and strong executive communication skills
