Role: AI BizOps Analyst

Location: Menlo Park, CA (Onsite)

THE ROLE

You are the reporting, analytics, and operations intelligence function of the delivery team. You turn circuit data, carrier performance metrics, and order status into clear, concise reports that the client relies on weekly and monthly, and you use AI-assisted tooling to do it faster, more consistently, and with greater insight than traditional methods.

Beyond reporting, you are a business operations partner to the team: maintaining system accuracy, improving workflows, and building the operational infrastructure that makes the engagement's performance visible, measurable, and defensible.

Required

• 8 or more years of total professional experience in business operations, reporting, analytics, or a network or managed services operations analyst role.
• Strong proficiency with structured data and reporting. You produce clean, readable outputs from raw data and present complex information clearly for senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency with SQL for data querying and analysis, and advanced skills in Excel or Power BI for building reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted tools, reporting automation, or workflow automation. 1 to 2 years of direct AI tooling experience is preferred. Strong analytical fundamentals matter more than years of AI-specific experience. This is a fast-moving area.
• Clear, concise written communication. Your reports are read by senior client stakeholders and must be accurate and free of ambiguity.
• High attention to detail across both report presentation and the underlying system records.
