About The Role
We’re looking for a Analyst to join our centralized Strategic Insights team and lead end-to-end primary research that informs enterprise priorities and helps leaders make better decisions. This role is ideal for someone who loves turning ambiguity into clear research plans, designing strong surveys, synthesizing quantitative and qualitative inputs, and communicating insights in a way that drives action across marketing, analytics, and business stakeholders.
About The Team
The Strategic Insight team conducts research across the enterprise, from Advice & Wealth Management to Insurance & Annuities. With 70+ years of combined experience in research, the Strategic Insight team is focused on crafting the right projects to inform key strategic initiatives globally.

Critical Analysis: Perform analysis using Excel, Qualtrics, and Power BI/Tableau. Synthesize quantitative and qualitative inputs, augment with secondary sources or additional primary studies, and deliver concise, decision‑ready findings.
Project Management: Own end‑to‑end execution for assigned research (scope, design, field, QA, analysis, readout), managing timelines and dependencies. Proactively surface and mitigate risks to keep work on track and stakeholders aligned.
Data Storytelling & Communications: Craft stakeholder‑ready narratives, visuals, and (where applicable) dashboards tailored to stakeholder needs; share insights via reports, presentations, and internal channels that prompt action.
Team Operations & Governance: Maintain project artifacts and shared resources; support initiatives that strengthen governance, team effectiveness, and compliance.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (or 4+ years of relevant experience).
3+ years of primary research and survey experience, including questionnaire design, field management, data quality controls, and interpretation.
Hands-on experience with survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics) to build, launch, monitor, and quality check studies.
Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional inputs and meet deadlines and manage end-to-end research projects.
Proven synthesis and communication skills—translate quantitative and qualitative data into clear, action-oriented insights.
Stakeholder-ready storytelling and presentation skills, including experience presenting to leaders.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
Preferred Qualifications
Analytics & visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau); comfortable partnering with analytics teams
Regulated industry exposure (finance, insurance, healthcare) or familiarity with compliance and privacy considerations
Customer feedback ecosystems: Exposure to Voice of the Client (VoC) programs or Customer Experience (CX) tracking studies, and ad hoc pulse surveys
