Job Description

We are seeking a Risk Management Report & Tooling Governance Business Analyst to support governance processes for reports and user tools (e.g., Excel files). This role ensures compliance with policies, manages metadata changes, and leads governance calls while driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support governance process for reports and user tools.
• Review and approve metadata changes for reports and tools.
• Prepare agendas, lead governance calls, and distribute meeting minutes.
• Perform control validations to ensure policy compliance.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new reports and tools.
• Execute special projects end-to-end, assembling working groups as needed.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and research to support risk management initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and analytical tools.
• Experience with usability testing and governance processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required with relevant experience).

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with risk management frameworks and compliance standards.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
