Business Analyst –Cybersecurity Reporting

Role Overview
We are seeking a senior Business Analyst to support a standardized monthly reporting and governance program for cybersecurity control domains. This role focuses on coordinating inputs, validating data, managing reporting workflows, and ensuring submissions meet quality and governance standards for executive audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, validate, and structure monthly data inputs from domain owners
- Perform data quality checks and resolve gaps with subject matter experts
- Manage reporting workflows, timelines, and approval checkpoints
- Maintain documentation, version control, and reporting repositories
- Translate technical updates into clear, business-friendly summaries
- Ensure alignment to templates, definitions, and reporting standards
- Partner with technical and editorial teams to streamline delivery
- Identify and implement process and workflow improvements
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in Business Analysis, Reporting, or Program Analysis roles
- Strong experience in requirements gathering and workflow management
- Ability to translate technical or operational data into structured business inputs
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
- Proven experience in data validation and quality assurance
Nice to Have
- Experience in cybersecurity, technology risk, governance, or audit
- Familiarity with control frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS)
- Exposure to executive-level reporting
