V-Soft Consulting is seeking a Business Analyst 4 for our premier client in Richmond, VA. This hybrid role requires strong business analysis, problem-solving, and documentation expertise.

🔹 What You’ll Bring
✔️ 3+ yrs Business Analyst experience
✔️ Strong problem-solving & functional documentation skills
✔️ Proficient in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
✔️ Prior Tax domain experience (Highly Desired)
✔️ SQL knowledge for data gathering & analysis

🔹 What You’ll Do
📌 Prepare General System Design (GSD) docs with business rules/specifications
📌 Collect, interpret & present data using SQL
📌 Work with business users to define & document technology requirements
📌 Lead process reviews & interface with dev/test teams
📌 Support SDLC using Agile/Waterfall methodologies
📌 Provide effort estimates & maintain documentation in TFS
📌 Train junior analysts & support multiple projects simultaneously
