Job Description:
We are actively seeking a Business Analyst with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in business process analysis and stakeholder collaboration. The ideal candidate will play a key role in gathering and translating business requirements into functional specifications to support IT and business initiatives.
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive project goals, analyze business needs, and contribute to improving operational efficiency through process enhancement and documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders to define and document business requirements
- Analyze workflows and recommend process improvements
- Support the development team with clear and actionable specifications
- Participate in project meetings and status reporting
- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-implementation review
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Familiarity with tools like MS Excel, JIRA, or Confluence
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder
