Business Analyst

Mireo is hiring for a Business Analyst position. This is a generalist position that requires a strong ability to understand, document, and communicate customers' current state, work with them to define their desired future state, and identify the business requirements to get them there. You'll work with a variety of solution teams to fit clients' needs, including process improvement specialists, client IT teams, and Mireo solution specialists. The role may require managing detailed solution requirements for technology implementations, as well as solution testing and user training, but software development isn't the primary focus. Previous experience working at a university or healthcare system is a huge plus, as is the ability to quickly build a deep, thorough understanding of new domains.
