Business Analyst

🚨 Hiring: Business Analyst – HR Systems (Workday HCM)
📍 Atlanta, GA (Hybrid – Local Candidates Only)
🏛 Client: State of Georgia
📅 Contract (Initial term through fiscal year, extension expected)

This role will play a critical part in the transition from PeopleSoft HCM to Workday HCM, focusing heavily on data conversion, validation, testing, and system support.

🔎 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Review and resolve data conversion issues from legacy systems to Workday
✔ Perform data validation and reconciliation
✔ Develop and execute test plans & scripts
✔ Provide system support, documentation, and user training
✔ Act as liaison between HR business units and technical teams

✅ Required:
4+ years of HRIS implementation and/or administration experience
Direct experience with large-scale data conversion
Strong Excel and/or SQL skills
Excellent documentation and communication abilities

⭐ Preferred:
Experience implementing or supporting Workday HCM
Prior exposure to PeopleSoft HCM
Public sector experience
