Adecco Creative and Marketing partnered with an educational publishing company to hire a Data Analyst.

Job Title: Data Analyst

Location: Hybrid – New York City (Onsite Tuesday through Thursday), 35 hours/week

Contract Duration: 6 Months (Temp-to-Perm)

Pay Rate:

  • Junior Candidate: $35/hour
  • Experienced Candidate: $40–$48/hour (based on experience)

Interview: 2 hours onsite which includes assessment/case study

Job Description:

- Analyze large, complex datasets to surface trends and identify insights that can be used to answer business questions and inform strategic decision-making

- Craft concise, compelling narratives using data; translate insights from analyses into clear, actionable recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders, with a focus on driving business impact

- Partner effectively with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop relevant recommendations and data-driven solutions

- Validate data integrity to ensure high-quality, accurate analyses

Qualifications:

Must haves:

- Experience with SQL

- Experience with Excel / Google Sheets

- 2-4 years of full-time experience in a Data Analyst role

- Experience with Git

- Experience with Python

- Experience with Amazon S3 - Experience with AWS Sagemaker/Jupyter Notebooks - Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools such as Tableau - Undergraduate/grad degree in economics, finance, computer science, math, statistics, engineering or other quantitative discipline

This is a W2 position.
